“Most debates about WAR are spoken by those who never fought them”

The big boss looked at me and smiled. He could sense the fear a mile away. I had that tremble in hand but held that smoothness in my voice.

And he respected that ….. In that moment, thats all that mattered to me.

This was my day, my day of infamy, my day to survive the sifting and watch others get sifted out.

A day to cross the chasm and become a man, a violent river in which most drown.

I’ve always been weary of too much talk ….

Talk is easy and talk is cheap. It’s gives the average person something to chew on. A few moments of social clout. A few moments to become the facade.

Those moments fizzle fairly quickly. Like sand escaping your hands.

So like samarai in a garden. I stay sharp and keep my finger close to the trigger.
