And I would do anything for him …

The man that I revered. The man that indoctrinated me into the game. The man that led me down the dark stairwell.

And when you’re young coming up in the game, with nothing to offer but loyalty and love. Your youthful ignorance leads you down the dark path.

And he stole my innocence … swiftly and silently in the night. And from then on there things haven’t been quite the same.

I was always waiting, waiting for someone to save me. But the years fly by like pages in a book and the bullets keep coming. And no one comes …

And thats a tough pill to swallow. Especially when you feel the HEAT. And get attacked from both sides. Forcing one to fight on both fronts at once.

And the man looked at me and said …

“Hey! — Snap out of it. You’re always in your head. You’re always thinking. Always lost in your own world. — — Grab the vest, grab the lime, … — We got work to do! “”

I enjoy writing even though I’m a neophyte. When it comes to career development I rather take the road less travelled. I enjoy unconventional thinking.
